PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
S.C. FORNETTI ROMÂNIA S.R.L. is incorporated with the Register of Personal Data Operators under no. 35095. According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data, amended and completed, FORNETTI ROMANIA has the obligation to administer in safety conditions and only for the purposes mentioned, the personal data that you give to us.
The purpose of collecting the data is: advertising, marketing and publicity, competitions, companies and promotions according to the GEO 99/2000.
By completing your data in our competitions forms, the campaigns and promotion organized by Fornetti Romania and its franchise partners, you declare that you unconditionally accept that your personal data be included in Fornetti Romania database, registered in the Register of Personal Operators under number 35095, and you give your express and clear consent that all this personal data be unlimitedly stored, used and processed both territorially and temporarily by Fornetti Romania so that Fornetti Romania performs activities such as, but not limited to, commercial activities, activities for promoting products and services, marketing, advertising, media, administrative, development, market research, statistics activities, and activities related to following and monitoring the sales and consumer's behaviour.
By reading these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have been informed about the fact that your rights provided by law are guaranteed, respectively the right for information, right for access to data, right for intervention, right for opposition, right for bot being subject to an individual decision, right for addressing to the court of law in case of violating the rights thereof guaranteed by Law 677/2001 for the protection of persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data. At the same time, you have the right to oppose against the processing of your personal data and to request the total or partial deletion of such data.
Based on a written request, dated and signed, submitted to the following address : S.C FORNETTI ROMÂNIA SRL, DC Hodoni-Dudeștii Noi, km.5, nr. 384, jud. Timiș, you can exercise, free of charge, the following rights:
- once a year you be confirmed concerning the fact that your personal data are or are not processed;
- to intervene towards the data transmitted;
- to oppose against the processing of your personal data based on some true and legitimate reasons concerning their particular situation
- to request the deletion of data, except for the situations provided by law.
Thus, Fornetti Romania can sent congratulations, gift coupons or other special messages.
Fornetti Romania does not promote SPAM. Any user/client who explicitly supplied his e-mail address on fornetti.ro website can opt for the deletion thereof from our database.
The information that you supply to us can be used for the purpose that you supplied to us, for the administration, for supporting and evaluation our services and to prevent the breach of security, the law and our contractual terms.
Also, Fornetti Romania can supply your personal data to other partner companies but only pursuant to a confidentiality agreement signed by such companies, through which they guarantee that the data are safely kept, and that the delivery of such personal information is made according to the legislation in force, as follows: other companies from the same group with the operator, mass-media, market research organization with which we can develop joint market tender programs for our products and services. Your personal information can be delivered to the Public Prosecutor's Office Police, courts of law and other state bodies, based on and in the limits of the legal provisions and as a result of some express requests.
