Zoltán Kovács

MD, Head of Finance - Fornetti Group

Born in 1978 in Kecskemét, he is the father of a son and a daughter.
The ÁFEOSZ Secondary School of Economics and Commerce in Kecskemét provided a solid foundation for his further studies. He pursued higher education in Győr at the then Széchenyi István College, where he earned a degree in economics with specializations in accounting and finance.
He joined Fornetti Kft. as a fresh graduate in 2000. Starting in the accounting department, he played a significant role in establishing the foundations of financial and commercial controlling. During the challenges posed by the 2008 global economic crisis, he was instrumental in managing difficulties not only for Fornetti Kft. in Hungary but also for its Romanian and Bulgarian subsidiaries. Since 2010, he has served as the company’s authorized managing director and the financial director of the Fornetti Group.
A key milestone in his career was the sale of the Fornetti Group in 2015, where he actively contributed to supporting the sales process and integrating the professional standards and corporate culture of the new owner, Aryzta AG. The external and internal changes resulted in the continuous expansion of his responsibilities.
Currently, he is responsible for the management, development, and oversight of finance, accounting, controlling, strategic procurement, human resources, labor relations, information and communication technology, regulatory and internal compliance, and the internal control system, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness.
In November 2024, he was entrusted with the interim leadership of the Fornetti Group, representing a new challenge and additional responsibility alongside his existing duties.

Martin Udvarev

MD - Fornetti România, Interim Head of Operations - Fornetti Group

Martin Udvarev was born in Budapest, on August 17, 1973, and is the 5th generation of Bulgarians born in Hungary He graduated from the Bulgarian-Hungarian high school, and then continued his studies in the financial field at Kodolani Janos, business management in Plovdiv, Bulgaria (2003-2005) and a Strategic Financial Management online course, at Metropolitan School of Business and Management UK in 2020. Before joining Fornetti Romania, he led, with much success Fornetti Bulgaria, where he was Managing Director for 17 years. Some of his highlights as Bulgarian MD, we can nominate building the franchise system from scratch, reaching 200 franchise units in 200 days, in 2006 and coordination of 4.000 m² plant construction on green field - done in 10 months in 2008. Before assuming the position of General Manager of Fornetti Bulgaria, in October 2006, he worked at the Hungarian Embassy in Sofia, for 4 years, as Financial officer and Deputy Consul. Martin is married and has a son.

Director Commercial

Since April 2018, Gabriel Voin is the Commercial Director of Fornetti Romania. Gabriel joined our Fornetti team in 2006 and has over 15 years of experience in developing the Fornetti franchise system in Romania, holding over the years several positions in the Sales and Marketing department such as: Project Manager, Marketing Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Director of the franchise and concept division.

Gabriel is from Timişoara, he attended the courses of the Polytechnic University. He is passionate about tennis, reading and traveling when time allows. Professionally, but also in life, he is guided by the motto: "I strongly believe that a solid team sees any obstacle as a challenge, and my daily goal is to have a strong and motivated team".

sinescu gyongyike

Financial Director

Gyongyike Sinescu joined the company in 2002, starting her activity as an economist, being in this position for 3 years. In 2005 she was promoted as Head of Financial-Accounting Department, and since 2007 she holds the position of Financial Director of the company.
Gyongyike is from Timisoara, Romania and graduated from the Faculty of Informatics and Management Accounting. Since 2010 he is a member of the Body of Certified Accounting Experts in Romania.
She is married and has two sons. She is a great lover of animals, sports and trips, and she likes to spend her free time with family and friends.

Procurement Director

Adrian graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, from the Polytechnic University of Timișoara and, after a short activity in his field, he joined the Fornetti team in 2010.
Following the experiences gained in various positions within the Technical Department and later in the Procurement-Logistics Department, since 2016 he has been appointed as the Procurement Manager.
He spends his free time with his family, he likes trips, snorkeling and swimming.

Production Manager

Constantin is one of the first employees of the Fornetti company, being with us from the beginning. He was hired in 2003 as a production worker, helping, from the first day, to produce our products. He was an exemplary worker, who during his activity grew and evolved constantly. Just 2 years after the first day of work, Constantin became head of production line, then head of packaging, head of exchange and then head of the production department. He went through all the sections of the department, knowing almost every aspect and worked in all the stages that are necessary for the production process of Fornetti products. The highlight of  his work and devotion came in 2022, Constantin being now, Production Manager coordinating the entire process of the Satchinez factory. The joy of succeeding in the company is all the greater as he is a native of the village where our factory also exists: Satchinez, Timiș County.

He is 37 years old, he is married, his wife being also a colleague in the company. He has 2 children and is passionate about aquaristics!

rakoczi zoltan

Logistics Manager

Zoltan joined the Fornetti family in the spring of 2005. He started as an administrator, then head of exchange, head of warehouse, and after a while, he was promoted to the position of Logistics Manager. He has over 10 years of experience in product management and logistics. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering and Management in Food and Agrotourism. His hobbies include sports (he is a big fan of the FC Bayern Munich football team) and photography.

simionca Marin

Transport Director

Marin was born in Bistrița in 1971, and graduated from the Technical University of Timișoara, the Faculty of Mechanics in the Specialization of Technological Equipment for the Food Industry and the Faculty of Management in Production and Transport, Road Traffic Specialization, and a Master in Specialization Technological Equipment for the Manufacture of Food Products.
Starting March 7th, 2008, Mr. Marin Simionca is the Director of Transport for Fornetti Romania. He has extensive experience in the field of transport, holding management positions in logistics and car service. He is passionate about sports and travel and prefers to spend his free time actively playing tennis and football. 
Among others, he is certified as a Teacher of Road Legislation and a Driving School Instructor.

Zărnoianu Diana

Quality Manager

Diana-Mihaela Zărnoianu is from Segarcea Dolj, Romania and graduated from the Faculty of Agrofood Technology in Timişoara. For almost 15 years she has been part of the Fornetti Romania company, coordinating the Quality Department. She likes to travel, loves the mountains, she enjoys hiking, and prefers to spend her free time with her son.

Robert Bausche

Head of external maintenance service

Robert Bausche is the new head of external maintenance service of Fornetti Romania. Robert joined our team in 2017 as Head of technical office, but because of his experience in the field, as well as his great results obtained in the department, his promotion was well deserved.  He is responsible for the energetic audit in the company, and he also conducted, with succes, a massive project of reconstruction in the Fornetti factory in Timisoara. He graduated with a Masters degree in Mecatronics at Universitatea Politehnica Timisoara in 2020.  In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, riding the bike, and spending time with his nephews.

Ana-Maria Dana

Health and Safety/Enviroment/Emergency Situations Manager

Ana-Maria was born in Bucharest in 1981. She has been living in Timișoara for 12 years and has studies in journalism. However, she directed her professional career to the field of Health&Safety/Environment/ Emergency Situations, in which she has been active for more than 10 years. She has been part of the Fornetti team since March 1st, 2024. Both professionally and personally she is a responsible and committed person and her motto in life is C'est la vie - no regrets! She is a big lover of music, photography and mini with apricot!

Daniela Datcu

Head of HR service

Daniela, although she attended the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations at the University of the West, she continued her studies with a master's degree in the field of Human Resources. The passion for this job brought her to our company, where she started as a Human Resources Officer in 2022. The exceptional training, closeness to people and skills in the field made her advance very quickly. Since May 2024 she is the head of HR service. She likes to take walks in nature and simple things, and believes that people should be a (human) resource for each other.

Liviu Pădureanu

IT Manager

Starting 2016, Liviu has accumulated over 9 years of experience in IT. His career began at Atos IT Solutions, where he provided level one technical support and quickly specializing in computer network administration. In 2019, he continued his career at Continental Automotive, joining the local IT team. Here, he was responsible for campus network maintenance and support, as well as other technical activities. His professional development continued in 2020, when he was promoted to the level 3 support team, getting involved in the implementation of global IT projects within the company. Since this fall, he is the leader of the local IT team within Fornetti Romania and coordinates the projects in our country in his capacity as IT Manager. When he is not at work, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, bicycle or hiking, and traveling is first on his list of hobbies.

Corina Bârsan

Head of Legal Department

Corina Bârsan has been the head of the legal department within the company since September 2024. A graduate of the Faculty of Law with an o experience in the legal field for over 26 years, Corina was the natural and necessary choice to occupy this particularly important position in the Fornetti Romania framework. She is from Timisoara, born at the beginning of summer, whose motto in life is "you can only see clearly with your heart. In a world where you can be anything, be authentic.” She likes dogs, theater and travelling.

Creativ, PR Manager

Doris began her career at Fornetti shortly after completing her master's degree. The 5 years spent studying Communication, Public Relations and Mass Media at the West University of Timișoara helped her to occupy her first position within the company, running classic PR campaigns. She has evolved, constantly improving  her knowledge, and now Doris coordinates the company's internal and external projects in terms of brand image and promotion. She considers herself lucky to practice her profession, PR and communication being her passions in high school and her appetite for them has not decreased, on the contrary, she is more and more passionate about the field, planning to develop as much as she can.  Personally, she enjoys live concerts, traveling with friends, watching TV series and is a passionate reader.
