This automatic leaven dough machine can store, thaw, dough ferment, waiting for the employees coming to work with ready to bake products, simplifying, facilitating and making safer the production of the yeast products. Of course, this equipment can be used by other categories of shops too.
The automatic leaven dough machine was entirely developed by Fornetti, most of the components coming from local providers. It is not a cheap equipment but, regarding the parameters, it is better than all similar equipment in the West and it is available at a lower price.
